Who Can Attend
Can parents or non-practitioners attend?
MosaicEDGE Workshops are intended for practitioners. Please feel free to browse our resources section of website.
I'm not a practitioner, but work in health-related field, can I attend?
You're eligible to participate in the MosaicEDGE Workshops if you hold a qualifying degree in a health-related field of practice including but not limited to Acupuncturist, Allergist, Chiropractor, Dietitian, Dentist, Health Coach, Naturopathic Doctor, Naturopathic Medical Doctor, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nutritionist, Optometrist, Osteopath, Pharmacist, Physician Assistant, Psychiatrist, Social Worker, Therapist, Veterinarian, etc. If you are allowed in your state of practice to treat, consult, or refer patients, you may attend.
I am a student, can I attend and would I receive the sample test?
Students may participate in the workshops but will not be eligible to recieve the sample test. If you have any credentials, please refer to the question "I'm not a practitioner, can I receive the free test?" to see if you qualify.
Attendance to Live Workshop & Recordings
Will the speaker presentations be recorded?
The full workshop will be recorded and the recordings will be sent to you the week following the workshop. Once sent, they will only be accessible for 6 months following the workshop.
How long do I have to watch recordings?
6 months from the date the recordings are sent.
When will I receive the recordings?
They will be emailed to you the week following the workshop.
Can I purchase, download or save the recordings?
No, the recordings will only be available to registered attendees for 6 months after they're sent. Please consider registering for one of our upcoming workshops or viewing our free webinar library.
Can I register for only one day?
We are not able to offer single-day access to any multi-day workshops.
Can I get an extension to view the recordings?
Unfortunately, an extension is not available under any circumstances.
CME Credits
Can I receive CME credits if I can't attend live but can watch the recordings?
Yes.
Is accreditation available for my board?
CMEs are available through Westbrook University. You are responsible for verifying that your board will accept these credits. We advise that you check with your board ahead of time to ensure credits will be accepted before purchasing. We do not provide refunds for CME fees paid.
I didn't purchase CME credits when I registered, can I still get them?
All CME accreditation orders must be placed no later than the Friday following the workshop. No CME accreditation will be available following that date.
When will I receive my certificate?
We will submit your information the week after the workshop. It may take up to six weeks to receive your certificate.
Workshop Materials and Attendee Hub Questions
**Will I receive a copy of the speakers' PowerPoint presentations? **
Yes, you’ll get an email with links to PDFs of the presentations prior to the workshop.
**Will a live recording be available? **
Yes, you will have access to all recordings for six months after the workshop.
When will I receive login-in instructions for the workshop?
Look for an emailed calendar invite during the month you register and pay for the workshop.
What do I do if I can’t find the instructions?
Check your spam folder for an email from Mosaic Diagnostics. If it’s not there, email your sales rep for assistance at sales@mosaicdx.com
What browser should I use to access the workshop?
Our hub is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Chrome and Safari provide the best browser experience.
The livestream isn't working, what do I do?
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Reset your browser settings.
- Make sure your chosen browser you are using is the latest version of the browser.
- Delete cache, cookies, and browser history.
- Turn off hardware acceleration.
- Disable browser extensions.
- Try disabling the VPN
